Varsha qualified in Medicine from Leeds University in 1998 and worked in general medicine and psychiatry for 9 years.  She joined the pharmaceutical industry in 2007 and has worked in medical affairs, research and pharmacovigilance. In 2013 she became an independent pharmacovigilance consultant. Varsha has 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working for multiple companies ranging from small sized to large multinational companies, including pre marketing, marketing application and post marketing phases.
