Sabita (a.k.a. “Bob”) has over 35 years of leadership experience across financial services, consulting, and technology. As COO of Sagittal Pharma Consulting Ltd, he oversees strategy, daily operations, governance, and innovation, including the integration of AI to enhance business performance.

Throughout his career, Sabita has held senior roles at major organisations including MUFG Bank Ltd, Tata Consultancy Services, UBS Wealth Management, JP Morgan Chase, Coutts & co, and NatWest Markets. His experience includes leading IT transformation projects, improving operational frameworks, and managing diverse global teams. Sabita is known for his ability to deliver complex projects and build strong, motivated teams.

A graduate of University College London with a BSc (Hons) in Physics with Electronics and Computing, Sabita combines technical expertise with practical business insight.
